At Wildlife Safari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your adventure-ready gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next expedition, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
